此次於台北會場發生商品不良狀況,造成顧客不便,我們深表歉意。
凡於台北會場預約入場或現場購買以下商品之顧客,我們將提供更換服務。
若您因現場狀況未能購買到相關商品,我們將提供追加購買的方式。

Regarding Defective Products from Snow Man 1st POP UP in Taipei

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers due to defective products at the Taipei venue.

Customers who pre-ordered or purchased the following products at the Taipei venue will be eligible for an exchange. Additionally, for customers who were unable to purchase these products at the venue, we will provide guidance for additional purchase.

Applicable products:

  • ・PIN BUTTON SET TAIPEI
  • ・PHOTO CARD PACK A / C
  • ・NAKAKI PANTZ × Snow Man STICKER SET

■ For customers who wish to exchange the products

Please apply for an “exchange request” through the LINE@ account below:https://lin.ee/dYTq1fO

Registration period: November 14 (FRI) 12:00 – November 20 (THU) 23:59

When registering, please enter the following information:

  • ・Address
  • ・Email address
  • ・Entry date or purchase date

Based on this information, we will confirm whether you were a visitor to the Taipei POP UP.

Once the confirmation is completed, your information will be shared with the Goods Support Center.

During the event, please make sure to check the PIN BOTTEN SET TAIPEI , PHOTOCARD PACK A&C, and NAKAKI PANTZ × Snow Man STICKER PACK you reserved in advance or purchased at the venue upon receipt.

For defective items that cannot be exchanged on-site, we will respond using one of the following methods:

  • ・Cancel the order at the Taipei venue
  • ・Deliver the item after the event ends

For customers residing outside Taiwan, further instructions will be provided on the official website.
