購買前注意事項
  • Snow Man 官方周邊商品僅於https://shop.snowman1stpopup-taipei.com/販售。
  • 官方周邊商品的預購期間為 2025 年 10 月 6 日(一)12:00(TST)至 2025 年 10 月 12 日(日)23:59(TST),商品須於快閃店現場領取。
  • 未領取的官方周邊商品恕無法配送。
  • 預購前請先申請入場整理券,領取商品需向工作人員出示入場整理券。
【預購方式】
  • 前往 Snow Man 1st POP-UP Taipei 官方網站的「Shop」區域
  • 選擇商品及數量,完成購買
  • 購買商品前,需先預約快閃店入場票。請先完成票券預約。
  • 預購商品於活動期間領取,現場可另外加購商品,但現場庫存有限,可能會提前售罄,建議先行預購。
【現場領取方式】
  • 快閃店開幕前,您將會收到您的訂單QR Code
  • 將 QR Code 與入場整理券出示給現場 MD PICK-UP 區工作人員
  • 領取商品

  • 每個商品選項的購買限制為每人兩件,超過限制的訂單可能被拒絕或取消。
  • 現場接受的付款方式:現金、信用卡(不接受美國運通/銀聯卡)、電子支付(僅限Apple Pay)
  • 未領取的訂單將於快閃店結束後自動取消。
  • 現場販售將開放給預購者或未預約整理券者購買,數量有限,售完為止。
退換貨政策
  • 因個人因素(如改變主意)而申請退換貨者恕不受理。但若申請換貨的商品缺貨,將僅提供退款。
  • 換貨僅限購買當日,且商品有瑕疵的情況下可辦理。請在收到商品後立即確認。
  • 退款將使用原付款方式辦理,所有贈品需一併退回。若贈品遺失或損壞,將無法辦理退款。
  • 包裝或底紙上輕微刮痕或凹痕不視為瑕疵。
  • 紙類商品(如小卡)因材質與生產造成的輕微刮痕、印記或小點不視為瑕疵。
  • 以下情況不接受換貨:

    * 因個人因素(改變主意)

    * 商品標籤缺失或損壞,或包裝已拆封

    * 商品有使用或磨損痕跡

    * 因顧客使用不當或保存不良造成損壞

  • 如需更多資訊,請洽詢現場工作人員。
  • 辦理任何退換貨時,需出示購買收據。(現場取貨將查核訂單資料)
  • 透過贈品取得或個人交易取得的商品,不適用退換貨。

BEFORE PURCHASING
  • now Man Official merch is available exclusively at https://shop.snowman1stpopup-taipei.com/
  • Official merch can be purchased during the sales period from October 6, 2025 (MON) 12:00 (TST) to October 12, 2025 (SUN) 23:59 (TST), and Items must be picked up at the pop-up store.
  • No shipping is available for unclaimed official merchandise.
  • Before placing a pre-order, please make sure to apply for an entry ticket. You must present the entry ticket to the staff when picking up your items.
[How to Purchase in Advance]
  • Visit the "Shop" section on the Snow Man 1st POP-UP Taipei Website
  • Select product(s) and quantity, then complete your purchase.
  • You must pre-reserve a pop-up store ticket in order to purchase merchandise. Please make your ticket reservation first.
  • Pre-ordered items must be collected during the event period. Additional purchases can be made on-site.However, onsite stock is limited and may sell out early. Advance purchase is recommended.
[How to Pick Up Onsite]
  • Before the pop-up store opens, you will receive a QR code for your order.
  • Present your QR code and entry ticket to staff at the MD PICK-UP ZONE
  • Receive your product

  • The purchase limit per option is two per person. Orders exceeding the limit may be rejected or canceled.
  • Accepted payment methods on-site: Cash, Credit Card (American Express / UnionPay not accepted), Mobile Payment (Apple Pay only)
  • Unclaimed orders will be automatically canceled after the pop-up ends.
  • On-site sales will be open to both pre-order customers and those without an entry ticket. Quantities are limited and sales will end once sold out.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
  • Exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted. However, if the requested item for exchange is out of stock, only a refund will be offered.
  • Exchange are only available on the day of purchase and only if the product has a defect. Please check your items immediately after receiving them.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. All bonus items received must be returned. Refunds will not be processed if bonus items are missing or damaged.
  • Minor scratches or dents on packaging or background paper are not considered defects.
  • For paper goods (e.g., photocards), minor scratches, marks, or dots due to material and production are not considered defects.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases

    * Change of mind

    * Products with missing or damaged labels/tags or opened packaging

    * Products showing signs of use or wear

    * Products damaged due to customer mishandling or poor storage

  • For any exchange or refund, you must present the purchase receipt. (For onsite pickup purchases, order details will be checked.)
  • Products obtained via giveaways or personal trading are not eligible for exchange or refund.
